To support the sustainability of open-access publishing and maintain the highest standards of peer review, our journal applies the following publication fees.

Standard Publication Fees:
- International Authors: $100 USD
- Local Authors (Libya): 800 LYD

Special Promotional Offer - 50% Discount:
To support our global research community, we are pleased to offer a 50% discount on all publication fees. This special waiver is applicable to all manuscripts submitted before December 31, 2026.

Discounted Pricing (Valid until the end of 2026):
- International Authors: $100 USD 
- Local Authors (Libya): 400 LYD 

Additional Information:
- No Submission Fees: Authors are only charged upon the final acceptance of their manuscript after a successful peer-review process.
- Inclusions: The fee covers comprehensive peer review, professional copyediting, typesetting, and permanent online hosting under an open-access license.
